Position: Help Desk Manager: Real-Time Support & Escalations Lead

Neumo is looking for a Help Desk Manager in Birmingham, Alabama. The role involves managing Help Desk activities, maintaining customer communication, and reporting on performance metrics. Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of management experience in a contact center or help desk environment.

Responsibilities include triaging issues, managing escalations, and providing coaching to Tier 1 & Tier 2 agents. Knowledge of software such as Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud is essential.
