We are the nation's largest owner of top-rated local television stations and digital assets serving 117 full-power television markets that collectively reach approximately 37% of US television households. The portfolio includes 80 markets with the top-rated television station and 100 markets with the first and/or second highest rated television station in average all-day ratings across 116 of such markets that were measured by Nielsen in 2025.

We also own the largest Telemundo Affiliate group with 47 markets and Gray Digital Media, a full-service digital agency offering national and local clients digital marketing strategies with the most advanced digital products and services. Our additional media properties include video production companies Raycom Sports, Tupelo Media Group, and Power Nation Studios, and studio production facilities Assembly Atlanta and Third Rail Studios.

WBRC 6 News is the dominant, #1-ranked Gray-owned station in Birmingham, Alabama (Market 45). Building on WBRC's market leadership, we are launching Gray Digital Media Birmingham, our in-house digital agency, to serve regional and national clients with comprehensive digital marketing solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to grow digital revenue streams while leveraging WBRC's trusted brand presence and Gray Digital Media's proven expertise and scalable technology platform.

We are seeking a talented, motivated, and results-oriented Media Executive to join our growing digital team and drive business development for Gray Digital Media Birmingham.

Gray Media, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, is a multimedia company and the nation's largest owner of top-rated local television stations and digital assets serving 113 television markets that collectively reach approximately 36 percent of US television households. With 77 markets featuring the top-rated television station and 100 markets with the first and/or second-highest-rated station, Gray combines unparalleled local market expertise with national reach.

As part of our portfolio, Gray Digital Media is a full-service digital agency delivering cutting-edge digital marketing strategies and the most advanced digital products and services to national and local clients. Gray Digital Media's scalable platform and data-driven approach enable businesses to reach their target audience.

Key Focus Area:

- Lead new business development for digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, display advertising, and performance marketing
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing proposals and strategies tailored to client needs
- Leverage Gray Digital Media's scalable platform and advanced digital products to deliver customized solutions
- Build and nurture client relationships across the Birmingham region and beyond
- Collaborate with our digital creative and strategy teams to ensure seamless client delivery and satisfaction
- Exceed annual revenue targets through a combination of new business development and account growth

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Proactively prospect and qualify leads in the Birmingham market and surrounding regions
- Conduct needs assessments with prospects and clients to design targeted digital marketing solutions
- Develop persuasive digital media proposals that align with client business goals and budgets
- Present digital marketing strategies and Gray Digital Media's capabilities to prospective clients
- Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities and consistently exceed monthly and annual revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across B2B and B2C segments
- Partner with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to position Gray Digital Media as a trusted advisor
