- $45/hour target
- 6–9 month contract
- Lead Agile sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate delivery across business, IT, operations, and vendor teams.
- Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs.
- Track sprint health, velocity, risks, and dependencies.
- Remove delivery roadblocks and drive accountability.
- Communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery aligns with governance and regulatory expectations.
- 5+ years of Agile Projecrt Management experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience delivering projects within banking, financial services, or another regulated industry.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience with Agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Experience communicating delivery progress to executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops or Smartsheet.
- Experience managing Agile projects within a banking or financial institution.
