Desktop Support Administrator

• Provide day-to-day IT support for employees
• Set up computers, monitors, and user workstations
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
• Coordinate with the external MSP for advanced technical needs
• Assist with office administrative functions and projects
• Support tax preparation activities through provided training
• Deliver excellent service to employees and clients

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to balance IT support and administrative responsibilities
• Comfortable working in a small-office environment
• Experience supporting Windows-based systems
• Ability to interact professionally with clients
