IT Help Desk Associate
Sparks Group has partnered with a leading Global IT Solutions provider seeking a first level remote IT help desk associate. If you have at least 6 months in a technical or call center environment this is the ideal role for you!
Responsibilities- Enter all calls into the help desk system
- Use remote desktop applications to troubleshoot or resolve issues
- Escalate issues when needed for prompt problem resolutions
- Shrink wrap software applications and provide asset tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with helpdesk tools
- MS Office proficiency and anti-virus software
- A+N+ or OEM Vendor Certification preferred
