Responsibilities
- Lead the lifecycle management of our critical SaaS ecosystem—including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
- Drive enterprise‑wide AI adoption by stress‑testing and deploying features like Slack AI and Google Gemini.
- Build automated release pipelines to streamline operations and enforce strict data governance.
- Manage complex, cross‑functional projects from inception to delivery.
- Partner with security and engineering teams to replace redundant tooling.
- At least 4 years in software or systems engineering, specifically designing and maintaining scalable SaaS architectures (e.g., Google Workspace, M365, Slack, Zoom, Zapier).
- Proficiency in Python, Go, AI integration, Agile methodologies, Saa Sops, Release Management, RBAC, and Enterprise Tooling Administration.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
