Job ProfileAs a Scrum Master within PNC's Retail Technology – ATM organization, you will be based in Birmingham, AL or Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on facilitating Agile practices across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of value to customers.
Responsibilities- Create and maintain documentation (e.g., Confluence pages).
- Track project progress to ensure alignment with planned delivery timelines.
- Proactively follow up on action items and drive work to completion.
- Facilitate coordination across teams and ensure accountability.
- Participate in standard Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and remove blockers to keep projects moving forward.
- Support and facilitate generally one or two Scrum Teams, fostering Agile values and practices.
- Ensure team adherence to Agile principles and coach teams on the Scrum framework.
- Organize and facilitate ceremonies, identify improvement opportunities, and track overall team progress.
- Filter impediments and protect the team from outside influences to keep focus on priorities.
- Partner with the Product Owner to prioritize backlog items based on business value and readiness.
Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role in Agile facilitation and Scrum leadership.
