- Design and develop enterprise data warehouse reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Translate business needs into scalable data solutions
- Lead full BI lifecycle from requirements to deployment
- Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders on data strategy
- Build and optimize SQL queries and data models
- Develop within Epic Cogito and non-Epic platforms
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to BI standards
- Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
- Epic Cogito Fundamentals certification
Deep experience within an Epic hospital environment - Advanced knowledge of Clarity and/or Caboodle data models
- Strong understanding of healthcare clinical and operational data
- Expertise in complex SQL performance tuning across platforms
- Advanced experience with Epic's Cogito platform
