Position Overview

As a Business Analytics Lead within the Metrics and Insights IT Group, you will work at PNC’s Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, or Birmingham, Alabama IT Hub.

You will own the IT Performance Management Technology Program, including governance and oversight as well as ownership and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The team also manages reporting for Technology Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). The metrics and reporting generated by the team are shared with executive and senior leadership to provide transparent insights that enable strategic decision-making and prioritization.

Cross‑team collaboration is central to how Metrics and Insights operates. We consistently partner with the collective Technology Insights organization, Technology Risk, Technology Strategy, and the various teams that support each Technology leader. Familiarity and experience with Tableau and PowerBI are a plus. PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Job Description

Leads the analytics processes across multiple functions or business units, leveraging an array of complex analytical tools to create data‑driven solutions. Serves as mentor to junior employees. Consults with clients and mentors consultants on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product/solution development. Determines the optimal analytic approach and supports development, implementation, and enhancements.

Assists peers with guidance on analytic approaches for complex solutions. Conceptualizes, develops, and continuously optimizes analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data‑driven decision making. Analyzes results and makes recommendations for key business partners and senior management, or communicates conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.

Experience:
