Windows System Administrator

• Administer, maintain, and support VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, HA, DRS, vMotion, and virtual machine lifecycle management.
• Administer and support Microsoft Hyper-V infrastructure, including failover clustering, live migration, virtual switches, and virtual machine provisioning.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory services, including user accounts, security groups, organizational units (OUs), and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Install, configure, patch, and support Windows Server operating systems in physical and virtual environments.
• Manage core Microsoft infrastructure services, including DNS, Certificate Services (PKI), and file and print services.
• Provision, monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot virtual machines across VMware and Hyper-V platforms.
• Perform system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives with minimal service disruption.
• Implement and maintain server hardening, security controls, and compliance requirements in accordance with organizational standards.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal operation of enterprise infrastructure.
• Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions for server and virtualization environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server, virtualization, authentication, storage, and network connectivity issues.
• Support high-availability and business continuity solutions to meet organizational uptime requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and system inventories.
• Automate administrative and maintenance tasks using Power Shell and other scripting tools.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, networking, and application teams to ensure secure and reliable service delivery.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).
• Windows Server 2019/2022/2025 administration.
• Group Policy Management and domain administration.
• DNS, PKI/Certificate Services.
• Power Shell scripting and automation.
• Storage technologies (SAN) and enterprise backup solutions.
• Server monitoring and performance management tools.
• Experience with cybersecurity best practices, vulnerability remediation, and system hardening.
