Seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide frontline 24x7x365 monitoring, troubleshooting, and application support for critical Energy Management and SCADA systems.

• Monitor SCADA/EMS systems for health and availability.
• Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate issue resolution.
• Support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery systems.
• Track and document incidents through resolution.
• Communicate outages and critical events to stakeholders.
• Follow Change Management, security, and compliance procedures.
• Prioritize issues based on operational impact.
• Work rotating 8/12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
