Epic Reporting Analyst

Required

Skills & Experience:

• Epic Cogito certification
• Additional Epic reporting certifications preferred (Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench)
• Strong understanding of Epic reporting tools, data structures, and workflows
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into reporting solutions
• Experience supporting Epic implementations and/or go-lives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fully fluent English
• Comfortable facilitating meetings with clinical and business stakeholders

Nice to Have

Skills & Experience:

• Tableau experience
• Cerner-to-Epic conversion experience
• Microsoft Fabric experience
• Experience partnering with enterprise data warehouse teams
• Prior clinical operations or healthcare analytics exposure

Job Description:

• Review existing Tableau dashboards and document business purpose, metrics, and utilization
• Identify equivalent Epic reporting tools, dashboards, and foundation system content
• Analyze gaps between current Tableau reporting and available Epic functionality
• Create documentation and recommendations for clinical and operational stakeholders
• Participate in customer meetings to explain reporting capabilities and roadmap expectations
• Obtain stakeholder signoff and alignment ahead of go-live
• Work alongside the existing Epic and Data Warehouse teams
