Based at one of PNC's IT Hubs (Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Dallas, Birmingham, Denver or Phoenix), you will stabilize environments, design capacity planning, and implement robust monitoring and dashboards.
You will analyze metrics, lead incident response, ensure availability and performance, and mentor junior staff.
