Configuration Manager

• Manage configuration management processes, baselines, repositories, version control, change tracking, audits, and artifact governance for FMBT interface deliverables

• Ensure source code, documentation, executable files, and configuration items are controlled, traceable, and maintained in Government-approved tools and repositories

• Coordinate configuration management with change management, incident management, release management, and testing processes

• Support configuration audits, configuration status accounting, and release/deployment controls

• Work with cross‑functional technical and business stakeholders

• 8+ years of configuration management experience supporting software development, systems integration, or federal IT programs
• Experience establishing and maintaining configuration management plans, baselines, repositories, libraries, and version control processes
• Experience supporting configuration audits, change tracking, configuration status accounting, and release/deployment controls
• Experience with Git Hub, Git Lab, Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Agility, or comparable configuration and artifact management tools
• Experience coordinating configuration management with change management, incident management, release management, and testing processes
• Ability to obtain and maintain VA access
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
• Experience supporting Federal IT programs preferred
• Experience supporting enterprise application implementations preferred
• Experience using Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Agility, Git Hub, or similar tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with cross‑functional technical and business stakeholders
• Experience supporting VA, FMBT, Momentum, or federal ERP programs preferred
• ITIL, SAFe, or configuration management certification preferred
• Experience with secure software libraries and long‑term archive/backup strategies
• Ability to obtain Public Trust
