Seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to lead enterprise architecture strategy, data platform design, systems integration, and AI-enabled solutions. This individual will partner with business and technology leaders to design scalable, secure, and data-driven solutions that support operational excellence and digital transformation.

• Define enterprise architecture standards, roadmaps, and best practices.
• Design scalable data, analytics, and application architectures.
• Lead architecture reviews, governance, and integration strategies.
• Architect solutions across ERP, CRM, manufacturing, finance, engineering, and supply chain systems.
• Establish data governance, security, and quality standards.
• Mentor technical teams and provide solution leadership.
• Drive AI, analytics, and workflow automation initiatives.
• Partner with leadership on technology strategy and transformation efforts.
• Support platform scalability, optimization, and long-term planning.

This role is instrumental in advancing enterprise digital transformation through improved data visibility, automation, analytics, and decision-making capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, software engineering, data engineering, or enterprise systems leadership.
• 3+ years designing enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale integrations.
• Expertise in enterprise data architecture, data modeling, and governance.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with analytics-driven business solutions.
• Experience with APIs, distributed systems, ETL/ELT processes, cloud platforms, Dev Ops, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, enterprise architecture principles, and modern application design.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with enterprise data, AI, or analytics platforms.
• Experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, React, Type Script, or similar technologies.
• Experience building AI-enabled applications, copilots, workflow automation, predictive analytics, or decision-support tools.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Net Suite, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, finance, accounting, sales, or engineering organizations.
• Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, secure application design, and advanced troubleshooting methodologies.
