A top independent insurance broker is growing rapidly and hiring a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to support the service team. Here are a few details on the role.
OverviewDuties & Responsibilities
- Help account managers with daily policy management and renewal preparation for commercial property and casualty insurance clients
- Gather and update information and files to assist with renewal submissions
- Review forms, update applications, and ensure accurate files/data entry in the agency management system
- Daily activity follow up and correspondence with clients and underwriters
- Process auto , check policies and endorsements, request cancellations, and issue certificates of insurance
- At least one (1) year of commercial property and casualty insurance client service experience
- Active state insurance license or able to obtain one within 90 days of hire
