Client Service Executive - P&C

Are you an experienced Client Service Executive feeling siloed in your current role?

Are you ready to take full ownership of a complex book of business and operate as a true risk advisor?

We are working with a leading, top 100, independent insurance brokerage who are currently on the lookout for a grade-A Client Executive to support a long-standing, successful Real Estate & Hospitality division.

This role will suit an individual who has a preference for managing the entirety of the process. You’ll be the key contact for both your client and the market… nothing lost in translation.

You will be walking into a grown‑up environment, where you will be trusted (and encouraged) to make decisions based on your best judgment and experience.

• Take full ownership of your client accounts, managing everything from pre‑renewal strategy discussions to billing and claims issues.
• Independently handle and lead client renewal presentations, negotiations, and proposals.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, fostering and maintaining strong relationships.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise.
• Work in a hybrid environment with a team that values in‑office collaboration.

• 6+ years of relevant P&C insurance experience.
• A strong background in Real Estate/Hospitality accounts is highly preferred.
• An active Property & Casualty Agent's License.
• The ability to manage a book of business independently without the need for extensive training or a large support team.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
