This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Licensed Sales Producer. The position is based in Birmingham, AL, with the flexibility to allow some work‑from‑home opportunities. The Licensed Sales Producer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, selling insurance policies, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Day‑to‑day tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting policy reviews, handling renewals, and participating in ongoing training to boost sales effectiveness.
Qualifications- Experience and knowledge in Insurance and Sales
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Capability to participate in Training and quickly adapt to new processes or tools
- A valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one is required
- Proficiency in organizational skills and attention to detail
- Motivated self‑starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a sales or customer service environment is a plus
