• Interacting directly with clients throughout their cases
• Requesting, organizing, and summarizing medical records
• E‑filing in state and federal courts
• Drafting, formatting, and transcribing legal documents
• Managing discovery, pleadings, and case files
• Scheduling depositions and coordinating meetings
• Handling calendaring, docketing, and lien administration

• Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent litigation work experience
• Experience in plaintiff‑side personal injury or injury‑related practice areas
• Knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, court rules, and litigation procedures
• Experience summarizing medical records, e‑filing, and scheduling depositions
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and legal databases
• Ability to manage subrogation, Medicaid, and Medicare liens
