• Manage files from intake through trial and verdict

• Collaborate closely with an established team of 30+ litigators

• Extensive trial experience in personal injury litigation
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and training abilities
• Ability to independently handle complex, high‑stakes cases
• Solo practitioners transitioning to firm practice are welcome
• Up to  175,000 for exceptional candidates
