Responsibilities
  • Manage and keep track of all case-related deadlines to ensure timely action and compliance.
  • Prepare subpoenas and other legal documents as required, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with discovery including document collection and review.
  • Assist with trial logistics, including coordinating witness schedules, preparing trial exhibits, and managing all other trial-related tasks.
  • Support attorneys in trial preparation by conducting research and drafting legal documents.
  • Handle electronic filing (e-filing) of court documents, ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Qualifications
  • Experience as a Litigation Paralegal or in a similar role.
  • A bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate is preferred.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and e-filing systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and track deadlines effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex legal information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
