Our law firm client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including complex litigation matters.

Job Details Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and revise various legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, briefs and other legal correspondence.
  • Conduct thorough and detailed legal research.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective case management.
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with clients.
  • Attend court proceedings as required and represent clients to the best of your ability.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics at all times.
    • Qualifications
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Alabama (AL) state bar and in good standing.
  • Exceptional legal writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral advocacy skills, with the ability to argue effectively and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
