Our Portable Trade Show Coordinator has the ability to multitask and compartmentalize information very well. They are responsible for making sure that our portable trade show clients have flawless experiences at their shows. The ideal candidate will possess extreme organizational skills, be able to keep many balls in the air at once, and have a memory like an elephant! All while working under tight deadlines.

• Receiving orders from the sales team and arranging show services & shipping based on their direction
• Confirming and relaying requested items for shipment to a warehouse associate
• Preparing shipping packets and labels to include in shipping
• Preparing invoices based on show service bills and internal labor reports
• Inventory management with the assistance of a warehouse associate

Good operational familiarity with basic office computer hardware and software. The majority of this role is time spent inputting data, be it shipping information or invoice information. We will train you on our software and other systems. Net Suite experience is a plus, but not required.

This position is based in our Birmingham, AL corporate headquarters facility. It is a full-time 40‑hour per week (M‑F 8:00‑5:00) salaried position. We offer competitive pay, a 401K plan, Blue Cross insurance, a generous Paid Time Off policy, regular company cookouts, and employee pot‑luck lunches.
