• Identify and provide accurate parts for internal and external customers to ensure timely vehicle service.
• Receive, stock, and maintain inventory with precision, including cycle counts and proper stocking levels.
• Process shipments and returns, including incorrect or defective parts, ensuring vendor compliance.
• Control supplies to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency.
• Allocate parts using Car Max systems for seamless workflow and accurate documentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and problem‑solving.
• Follow Car Max Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.

• Ability to read, interpret, and record data accurately for inventory and transactions.
• Intermediate PC skills, including spreadsheet proficiency.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Effective verbal communication skills for customer and team interactions.
• Completion of Car Max‑provided training in all parts processes.

$17.89 – $20.13 per hour.

• Paid sick, vacation, and holiday time.
• Full‑time hourly or commission/incentive eligible associates can earn up to 48 hours of sick time per year and between 80 and 200 hours of vacation time after a 90‑day waiting period, depending on years of continuous service.
• Eight hours of pay for each of six paid scheduled holidays per year plus one floating holiday.
• Holiday Premium Pay for work on a scheduled holiday due to business need.
• Full‑time salaried associates entitled to paid time away with no specified limit as needed, subject to manager approval.
