Custodial Cleaner Needed

This position includes:
Sanitizing/Disinfecting touchpoints throughout;
Removal of all trash and replace with new liners;
Disinfect all trash cans as needed;
Vacuum and/or sweep floors and spot clean, damp mop if required;
Clean and disinfect restrooms;
Check and Replenish all paper products & supplies;
Dust furniture, furnishings, desktops, cabinets, window ledges, doors, etc. ;
Clean and disinfect countertops, drinking fountains, sinks, stovetops, exterior surfaces of refrigerators and microwaves;
Clean cobwebs, insects, etc. from interior of buildings;
Wipe down light switch facings, doorknobs, baseboards; etc.

Pay Rate: $11.00 an hour Job Type: Part-Time Position

Schedule:

5 Days a week (Mon – Fri) Time(s): 4 hours a night (5pm - 9pm)

Must be a U.S. citizen

Must be at least 25 years old

Prefer at least 3-5 years of janitorial/custodial cleaning experience

Able to work unsupervised

Strong work and personal ethics

Ability to handle physical workload as needed

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Must have reliable transportation and contact information

Must pass a background check and drug screen
