MAKE-READY TECHNICIAN - TURN HOMES INTO MOVE-IN MAGIC

• Apartment Refresh – Repair surfaces, replace fixtures, test appliances, change HVAC filters, touch up flooring and carpet, and apply fresh paint to get apartments sparkling clean and move‑in ready.
• Safety First – Keep a safe work environment for both residents and your team while following all company and industry safety standards.
• Pitch In – Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs and property upkeep whenever needed.
• Resident‑Friendly – Interact with residents in a friendly, professional way when you’re working on‑site.

• Full‑Time Stability – Work Monday through Friday, with occasional on‑call hours for emergencies.

• Valid Driver’s License – For using company vehicles or picking up supplies off‑site.

We provide at least 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year in states with no state mandate.

To be eligible for holiday pay, employees must have completed 90 days of employment and worked the last scheduled day before and the first day after the holiday.
