To clean all areas of responsibility in patient/non-patient areas and inside/outside the facility. Removes trash and linen, polices grounds, moves furnishings, sets up conference rooms and performs required cleaning functions related to transferring/discharging patients. Position requires:
Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying a minimum of fifty (50) pounds.
Performing tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling and walking significant distances between within/and outside building.
Working in confined spaces.
Working within extreme temperature ranges.
Wearing gloves and other PPE as required to perform job duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- 1. Completes cleaning of assigned area within allotted time and in a thorough manner.
- 3. Polices grounds, removes trash, moves furnishing/equipment as required. Sets up rooms for functions
- 4. Completes appropriate paperwork to report maintenance problems or needed repairs.
- 5. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- 6. Cleaning floors to include striping and waxing
- 7. Performs other duties as assigned.
High School diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience cleaning floors to include striping and waxing.
This role may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
The work location for this role is onsite.
