Position Summary:Floor Tech
Under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, the Floor Tech is responsible for maintaining all flooring surfaces throughout the facility and assisting with the cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain floors in hallways, entryways, and common areasDust mop, wet mop, strip, wax, and buff floors according to scheduleUse approved cleaning agents and equipment while following proper proceduresInspect equipment for proper function and report any issuesClean and maintain equipment after each useAssist with cleaning resident rooms and assigned areas as neededQualifications
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)Positive attitude with patience and compassion for the elderly and disabledTeam-oriented with good interpersonal skillsAbility to read, write, and understand EnglishMust be at least 18 years of ageAbility to perform physical job duties and meet job requirementsBenefits and Perks
