Facilities, The dealership housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout the dealership for customers and employees.

• Clean and maintain customer waiting areas, lounges, and reception areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms throughout the day.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in offices, hallways, and common areas.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed.
• Clean glass doors, windows, and other visible surfaces.
• Dust desks, counters, furniture, and other common areas.
• Keep break rooms and employee common areas clean and organized.
• Refill restroom supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Maintain cleanliness in service department offices and customer-facing areas.
• Clean and maintain employee areas, including locker rooms, when applicable.

• Monitor the dealership for cleanliness and address issues as they arise.
• Properly store cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues, spills, or safety hazards to management.
• Assist with additional cleaning duties as assigned.
• Maintain a professional appearance and help uphold the dealership’s customer service standards.

• Maintain a consistent cleaning schedule throughout the workday.
• Take pride in keeping the dealership clean, organized, and presentable.
• Ensure customer-facing areas are clean and ready for guests at all times.
• Be dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
• Support the dealership’s commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.

• High school diploma
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment. How to handle them safely and understands a Safety Data Sheet.
• Valid drivers license
• Good physical health and stamina
• Prior experience as a commercial cleaner, custodian, or housekeeper is preferred.
  
  - 2 years
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, push, pull and lift heavy items over 35 pounds throughout their shift.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision and available to have a flexible shift.
