We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in the Birmingham, Alabama area. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget are met.
Responsibilities- Manage full project lifecycle from planning through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, drawings, and specifications
- Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and stakeholders
- Track project progress, costs, and change orders
- 5 plus years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience with retail, office, healthcare, or industrial projects preferred
