Associate Director

Since 1992,
Grace House Ministries has provided Christ-centered homes for Alabama girls in foster care—empowering them to become Heritage Builders, Change Makers, and Cycle Breakers. With over 800 girls' lives transformed and exciting growth on the horizon, Grace House continues to expand its mission through new transitional homes and a community-impact center launching in 2026.

We’re seeking an Associate Director to serve as a key member of our senior leadership team and the right hand to the Executive Director. This individual will oversee daily operations, HR, facilities, and administrative systems—ensuring organizational excellence and freeing the Executive Director to focus on strategy and vision.

• Lead and align operations across programs, HR, and facilities
• Strengthen communication, accountability, and culture across teams
• Manage key systems (budgets, compliance, and EOS processes)
• Support and develop staff through coaching and training
• Partner with the Executive Director on strategy and special initiatives

• 3-5+ years of operational and leadership experience (nonprofit or related field)
• Strong systems-thinker with high emotional intelligence and follow-through
• A servant leader rooted in Christian faith who thrives in fast-paced ministry work
