** Landscape Crew Leader**, you will ensure technicians complete tasks effectively and efficiently by maintaining detailed daily customer job records, including labor hours, equipment, and materials used on each work ticket. The

** plays a critical role in delivering high-quality landscaping services and leading a productive team.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES*
* *** Operational Management**
* * As a
** Landscape Crew Leader**, ensure tools and equipment are loaded on trucks prior to departure to the job site
* Manage loading/unloading of trucks and trailers in the morning and evening
* Supervise technicians onsite and delegate job tasks to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
* Oversee all work tickets and ensure completion according to schedule
* Inspect completed work tickets for quality to avoid return visits or re-work
* Ensure all work activities comply with safety standards and PPE requirements
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsites, and shop/yard areas
* Submit accurate work order documents daily to operations leadership
* Read and interpret blueprints and structural drawings to delegate work activities
* Maintain a clean and safe work site, including proper care of company equipment

* Communicate with operations leadership regarding crew performance and feedback
* Oversee employee training and development
** EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE*
* * Minimum of 2–3 years of landscape industry experience required
* Minimum of 1+ years of leadership experience preferred
