This is a full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham, AL, for a Valet Team Lead. The Valet Team Lead will oversee valet parking operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality service. Responsibilities include managing and supporting valet staff, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Additionally, the Valet Team Lead will handle administrative tasks, maintain communication with clients, and troubleshoot issues to uphold the company's “Service First” mission.
Qualifications- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Proven expertise in Valet Parking operations
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with teammates and clients
- Administrative and organizational capabilities
- Leadership experience is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
