As a Associate Director of Shared Services & HR Operations you will:

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HR Shared Services or HR Operations leadership experience, a proven track record in organizational transformation and movement of work initiatives, strong stakeholder partnership skills, and expertise in process optimization and change management.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Service Delivery leadership roles.
- Proven track record in organizational transformation, movement of work, team evolution and development, and operating model design.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across COEs and enterprise functions.
- Expertise in process optimization, knowledge management, and change management.
- Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with HR technology platforms (Oracle HCM, Service Now HRSD, UKG, iCIMS).
- Familiarity with offshore support models and global service delivery.
Pay Range*: $45-$55 per hour
- Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
