Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and tenant relations of a portfolio of commercial retail properties. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in balancing operational excellence with strong customer service.

• Manage daily operations of assigned commercial properties, including office, retail, and/or industrial assets
• Oversee tenant relations, including lease administration, renewals, and issue resolution
• Prepare and manage annual property budgets; monitor expenses and control costs
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects
• Supervise and manage vendors, contractors, and on-site staff
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements, local regulations, and safety standards
• Conduct regular property inspections and address deficiencies
• Prepare and present financial reports, operating statements, and variance analyses
• Collaborate with leasing, accounting, and ownership teams to meet asset performance goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• 5-7+ years of commercial property management experience
• Strong understanding of commercial leases, budgets, and financial reporting
• Experience managing vendor contracts and capital projects
• Proficiency with property management software
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
• 20% travel
