Your Impact as a Associate Regional Operations Director
As an Associate Regional Operations Director, you are a key leader responsible for the success and health of a diverse portfolio of veterinary hospitals. You will serve as the crucial link between local hospital teams and the broader Mission Pet Health network, empowering your teams to achieve excellence in both business performance and patient care.
* Champion a Thriving Culture:
You'll partner with your Regional Medical Director to foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing culture across all hospitals in your region.
* Develop Future Leaders:
You'll guide the growth of Hospital Managers and their teams, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent through effective coaching, training, and career development.
* Drive Business Performance:
You'll have full ownership of the financial health of your region, managing P&Ls to drive revenue growth and optimize operational efficiency.
* Build Winning Teams:
You'll lead the strategy for non-DVM recruiting and staffing, ensuring your hospitals have the talent they need to succeed.
* Elevate the Client
Experience:
You'll set the standard for exceptional client service, ensuring operational processes support a seamless and positive experience for every pet owner.
What You'll Bring to the Team
* Residence in Indiana or Illinois, preferably within the Chicagoland area, to ensure proximity to hospitals within the region.
* A proven track record of successful multi-site P&L management, with a keen ability to drive financial results.
* Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams, especially in a leadership capacity.
* Exceptional leadership skills with a talent for building a positive, accountable, and solutions-focused culture.
* Excellent communication and conflict management skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
* Significant experience leading in a multi-site veterinary, healthcare, or customer-centric retail environment.
