As a Business Execution & Planning Manager Sr within PNC's Business Experience & Planning organization, you will be based in one of the following locations:
Pittsburgh, PA;
Dallas, TX;
Birmingham, AL;
Phoenix, AZ; or Denver, CO.

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Define and implement business planning processes that align with line‑of‑business objectives; design and oversee execution of strategic plans grounded in forecasts, operational insights, and business priorities; establish and drive key initiatives, growth strategies, and programs that deliver measurable impact.
• Leadership & Team Management: Lead and develop a team responsible for advancing business planning practices and execution; set clear direction, provide guidance, and ensure accountability for achieving business objectives; promote a culture of continuous improvement, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
• Business & Financial Alignment: Develop solutions that support both operational and financial objectives; identify and execute opportunities that create value and improve business performance; ensure initiatives are aligned with broader organizational goals and priorities.

• Extensive experience in business planning, strategy development, or program management.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and influencing senior decision‑makers.
• Deep understanding of risk management practices and customer‑focused service delivery.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Master’s degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years, with at least 5 years of prior management experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
