We are seeking an accomplished Director of Program Management to lead an entire platform category within a rapidly growing construction and manufacturing organization. The platform may include Data Centers, Healthcare, Retail, or an emerging building type, with responsibility for multiple programs and the Associate Directors and Managers who lead them. This is a senior leadership position with full P&L ownership across the platform, including revenue, margin, cash performance, capital planning, capacity planning, organizational development, client strategy, and operational execution.
The Director will work closely with executive leadership to determine how the platform grows, which programs are launched, how manufacturing and organizational capacity are allocated, and how long-term client relationships are developed. The successful candidate will combine construction/program management expertise, financial and commercial leadership, operational strategy, executive-level client management, and organizational leadership. Experience with in modular, industrialized, design-build, or advanced manufacturing environments is highly desirable.

- Own full P&L responsibility across all programs within the assigned platform, including revenue, margin, cash performance, forecasting, and corrective action planning.
- Present platform performance, forecasts, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders.
- Lead capital and capacity planning, including manufacturing capacity, staffing, facility requirements, tooling investment, and other resources required to support committed and forecasted volume.
- Lead the operational launch of new programs, markets, and building types, including team formation, process development, pricing and schedule baselines, and first-of-a-kind execution.
- Establish and enforce performance standards across schedule, financial reporting, procurement, quality, safety, and stakeholder communication.
- Provide executive-level governance and resolution for major program issues, including contract disputes, claims, cross-functional conflicts, capacity constraints, and significant client escalations.
- Evaluate platform-level operational risks, including portfolio concentration, capacity over commitment, supply-chain exposure, and contractual risk.
- Drive continuous improvement across program management processes, systems, tools, data infrastructure, and KPI frameworks.
- Own long-term client strategy across the platform, including multi-year relationship development, contract positioning, master agreements, and expansion into additional programs and projects.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Lead commercial strategy involving significant change orders, claims, disputes, contract negotiations, and settlement positions.
- Evaluate financial and operational performance across the portfolio and implement corrective actions when required.
- Establish expectations for portfolio-level cost modelling, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting.
- Balance customer commitments with organizational capacity, financial objectives, and operational risk.
- Design and evolve the organizational structure required to support platform growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Associate Directors, Managers, Senior Project Managers, and other program leadership personnel.
- Make and influence hiring, promotion, restructuring, succession planning, and organizational development decisions.
- Build a strong leadership bench capable of supporting continued organizational growth.
- Establish clear accountability and performance expectations throughout the Program Management organization.
- Partner cross-functionally with Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Construction, Finance, and executive leadership.
- Represent the organization at senior client milestones, executive meetings, and industry events.
- Serve as the executive relationship owner for C-suite client leadership across the assigned platform.
