Position Summary

Steel Industry Manager – Pinson, Alabama

• Manage key corporate customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
• Lead efforts to identify and close strategic opportunities in service and maintenance.
• Plan, design, and coordinate customer solutions based on short- and long-term needs.
• Oversee projects from initial contact to completion, managing all phases efficiently.
• Ensure engineering projects meet technical, quality, and deadline requirements.
• Develop cost estimates, budgets, and participate in bidding processes.
• Primarily focused on steel, with opportunities to work on other projects as needed.

• 5+ years of related construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% with potential for additional travel as required.
• Ability to adapt to changing business environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Previous experience in project engineering and managing corporate accounts.
