**** POSITION REQUIREMENTS
**** SKILL (Ability to do the job)**- Willingness to work extended or flexible hours as required to meet production demands
- Strong mechanical background;

- Basic equipment knowledge;

- Maintenance skills
- Ability to work in stressful situations
- Must be willing to work in various locations within and outside the facility - Knowledge of hydraulics - Knowledge of pneumatics - Knowledge of basic plumbing - Knowledge of industrial electricity- MUST be computer proficient and comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer integrated equipment.

- MUST demonstrate mechanical ability, strong math skills, English reading and writing skills and disciplined precision in recording sampling and process data.

- MUST have a current, valid Driver’s License.

- MUST be able to lift and carry 30 pound bags.

- MUST be able to properly handle chemicals per MSDS sheets.
** PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
** May be required to lift up to 75lbs. occasionally, 80% walking or standing, 15% computer work, 5% kneeling or crouching
** EQUIPMENT / TOOLS USED:
** Hand tools, Power tools, Forklift, Extending boom and scissor type personnel lifts, Computer, Pallet Jack
** KNOWLEDGE

* EDUCATION:

** High School Diploma or GED required;
** TECHNICAL TRAINING:
*** Understanding of related state and federal regulations
* Experience treating oily and metals waste water from casting and metals washing processes
* Experience in industrial waste water pretreatment facilities as lead operator or significant relevant experience is required
* Able to read, understand and interpret technical chemical analysis and lab test results
* Ability to perform chemical calculations to processes
* Experience with plant start up is preferred
* Kamtek Forklift Certification Required
** OTHER:
** Computers,

Experience with basic Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
** WORK EXPERIENCE
** Experience as an Industrial Waste Water Operator.
