Location: Birmingham, AL
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday | 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM

Shop-Floor Smarts: Prior production or assembly experience helps.

- Assist with the disassembly and assembly of electric motors and related components
- Perform coil winding and insulation work under supervision or independently based on experience
- Clean, prepare, and stage parts for repair and rebuild processes
- Operate shop equipment including grinders, presses, and hand tools
- Conduct basic testing and inspections to ensure product quality and performance
- Read and follow work instructions, job travelers, and safety procedures accurately
- Meet daily production and output goals to support workflow efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
- Provide support to shipping, material handling, and other departments as needed
