Job Summary
Responsible for performing a variety of tasks involved in the production of L.B. Foster products while following standard work methods and practicing safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe. Production Workers are trained to work in all areas of production.
Responsibilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of work experience in a production environment
- Ability to follow verbal or written instructions
- Average proficiency in mathematics
- Ability to prioritize and use time efficiently
- Ability to focus on problem solving and teamwork
- Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
