• Responsible for all aspects of operating a roll‑forming mill to ensure a high‑quality product is produced.
• Work as part of a mill team alongside mill welders and stackers to ensure efficient operations.
• Operate within general work instructions and intermittent supervisory checks.
• Maintain production‑related and quality records.
• Work safely at all times.
• Available for shift work.

• Experience as an operator in a manufacturing setting; roll‑forming experience considered a strong asset.
• Mechanical inclination with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Knowledge of basic math (fraction to decimal conversion).
• Can make quick decisions to troubleshoot basic issues.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail oriented to ensure high quality products for our customers.
• Available for shift work.
• Team player.
• Background check & drug screen required.
