Set up, operate, and adjust CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment to produce high-precision medical device components;
Manufacture parts to exact specifications while maintaining tight tolerances and exceptional quality standards;
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documentation;
Utilize G-Code and M-Code knowledge to troubleshoot machining programs and optimize production performance;
Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments
