Are you looking for a warehouse job where you can put in the work and see the results? We are NOW HIRING A Assembly Blaster to join our awesome crew!
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing, blasting, fabrication, or industrial production experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate blasting equipment and material handling equipment
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift, move, and handle metal components as needed
- Commitment to workplace safety and housekeeping standards
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Operate shot blasting and abrasive blasting equipment to prepare metal components for painting and assembly
- Load and unload parts, assemblies, and fabricated components into blasting equipment
- Inspect surfaces before and after blasting to ensure quality standards are met
- Remove rust, scale, coatings, and contaminants from metal surfaces
- Follow production schedules to meet daily output goals
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of blasting equipment and work areas
- Assist paint and assembly departments as needed
- Operate forklifts, cranes, and hoists when authorized
- Report equipment issues, quality concerns, and safety hazards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
