• Assist maintenance personnel when requested or needed
• Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and uphold the CMC safety culture
• Communicate effectively about potential production issues, concerns, and needs
• Ensure equipment inspection reports are completed each shift
• Perform minor or routine maintenance or repairs as necessary without assistance from maintenance personnel
• Support continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements in work methods and procedures
• Carry out daily housekeeping duties, ensuring the immediate work area is clean and safe
• Troubleshoot work‑related problems using job knowledge and by consulting with others
• Understand startup, shutdown, and emergency procedures

• Strong team‑player with a fast‑paced work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in environments exposing personnel to extreme temperature, chemicals, dust, fumes, mists, uneven surfaces, loud noise, elevated work areas, and confined spaces
• Basic computer skills
• Dependable attendance and flexibility to meet business needs
• Quick to learn and capable of multitasking
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and to handle occasional overtime
• High school diploma or GED required
