Manufacturing Cycle Counters

We are seeking experienced, reliable, and detail‑oriented Cycle Counters to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining inventory accuracy across our facility through physical counts and documentation. Don't be afraid to get dirty—we're a steel plant, so roll your sleeves up and get ready to work!

Salary: $17.50 - $17.51 per hour

Shift: First

Work hours:

6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Required education:
High School

• Conduct daily physical inventory counts (cycle counting) in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Work in an environment that does not have a set inventory process currently.
• Utilize basic warehouse equipment such as manual pallet jacks to move materials as needed.
• Report inventory discrepancies to plant managers and leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Physical Stamina: Must be comfortable standing and walking for the duration of the shift. Not climate controlled.
• Lifting Ability: Ability to lift and move materials comfortably.
• Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing and inventory role is required.
• Reliability: Proven track record of attendance and punctuality.

• Wearing steel‑toe shoes.
• Working in a non‑temperature controlled environment.
• Manual lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Standing for 9 hours at one time.

• Pallet Jack Operation
• Lifting (1 year of experience required)
• Inventory - Physical (2 years of experience required)
