Within the Pork Division and Les Salaisons Celtiques, established in, located in three Breton sites, produce ham, bacon, sausages, rillettes, conserves, terrines, and saucisson. Products are marketed under the brands Onno, Monique Ranou, Jean Rozé, Triskel, Itinéraires des Saveurs, Netto, and Top Budget. The Saint-Méen-le-Grand site specializes in charcuterie products (hams, roasts, bacon, lardons).

Reporting to the production manager, in coordination with the site director and other cross-functional teams, you will join a team of 4 workshop managers across various sectors of the factory. You will organize, manage, and improve the production process of your workshop in terms of safety, quality, costs, and deadlines. As part of your role, you will manage 4 team leaders across 2 sectors, overseeing 60 employees working in 3
* 8 shifts. Your main duties will include:

• Ensuring the safety of your teams and the food safety of your products through your example, rigor, and support;
• Defining and leading the zero accident roadmap for the workshop;
• Supervising and supporting the managers of your production workshops and their staff while maintaining a positive social climate;
• Leading and participating with your teams in investment projects for your sector;
• Establishing with your teams the personnel schedule for different positions and anticipating any additional needs;
• Participating in the development of skills plans through determining training needs and potential evolutions;
• Validating and implementing production schedules in collaboration with the scheduling service;
• Preparing and leading the various daily, weekly, and monthly rituals with your teams;
• Ensuring compliance with operational objectives in safety, quality, costs, and deadlines, and being a proactive contributor;
• Proposing and implementing effective action plans;
• Supporting and engaging your teams in industrial projects and Operational Excellence (Standardization, 5S, TSA).
