Here, you will take responsibility for high-precision SMD and THT lines, work closely with development and production, and ensure that quality and technology come together perfectly.

• You will be responsible for our SMD and THT manufacturing lines and work closely with the SMD operators
• You will program, monitor, and maintain our manufacturing lines (solder paste printing, SPI, pickers, reflow oven, wave soldering equipment)
• You will optimize manufacturing programs and ensure quality
• You will optimize and test devices and electronic circuits
• You will temporarily lead our SMD and THT manufacturing lines
• You will collaborate closely with the development department in creating computer-aided testing technology and test adapters
• You will support the handling of complaints and error analysis
• You will design the expansion of automatic optical inspection for SMD and THT
• You will work on technical projects with a focus on manufacturing (Cobotics, testing technology)

• You have a successful completed training as an electronic technician for devices and systems or a comparable degree
• Ideally, you already have experience in the field of electronics manufacturing and prefer to repair rather than discard
• You work structured, independently, and goal-oriented
• You are a team player and like to shape things together
• You have very good German language skills and a confident use of office programs
