Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker / Woodworker to build custom cabinetry that meets precise design specifications and high‑quality standards. This role requires strong woodworking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read and execute shop drawings accurately.
Key Responsibilities- Construct and assemble complex cabinet components to exact specifications.
- Read and interpret shop drawings and design plans for detailed construction.
- Accurately measure and machine materials for precise fit and alignment.
- Install hardware including hinges, drawer slides, and other complex specialty components.
- Match material grain and color for consistent appearance.
- Verify all dimensions and check accuracy as part of quality control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Minimum 3+ years of custom cabinet making experience.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship standards.
- Able to understand and build from shop drawings and accurately measure to 1/32”.
- Knowledge of wood movement, joinery, and assembly methods.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, joinery and fit issues independently.
- Able to stand, bend, and loft up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
